Will it fit my exact model?

Cases are model-specific for cutouts and camera alignment. Check the model year, not just the phone name.

Does it stop wireless charging?

Thick or metal-backed cases do. Anything over about 3 mm or with magnets out of alignment slows charging.

How much drop protection do I need?

Look for raised lips around the screen and camera and corner air pockets. Military drop ratings are a useful floor, not a guarantee.

Silicone, TPU or hard shell?

TPU absorbs shock and yellows, hard polycarbonate resists scratches and cracks on impact, hybrid cases combine both.

Will it work with a screen protector?

A case with a raised bezel can lift a curved-edge protector. Buy both from the same maker when possible.

How do I stop it yellowing?

Choose a case with a UV-resistant coating or a non-clear material. No clear TPU stays clear forever.
